I'm finished with my midterms and back to posting!
This is a paper by Jeremy Lavine (of Period 3), that my friend Joey showed me. I'm assuming its real. And even if its not it's still extremely funny. :D

Famous Last Words
Not the awesome song by My Chemical Romance, but the actual words. I found this weird funny video on mentalfloss.com . Its a short video about some ironic famous last words narrated by the Grim Reaper himself.
Best of all its in Broadway style!
Since Halloween is coming up in a few days I thought I'd post this too, in case someone needs any ideas. They're Epic Halloween Costumes.

Time For Some Capaignin'
Here's an incredibly funny video from jibjab.com about the upcoming election, in a rather catchy tune. :) Even after the fifth time watching it I can't stop laughing.

Wondering...
When you're in the car looking out the window do you ever stare at the other people in the cars and wonder what their story is? Like who are they, where are they going, and why? And then I wonder if I'll ever see or meet any of these people again.
I do this all the time. I was wondering, does anyone else? Or am I just weird/bored/nosy?
I saw this video on youtube for Twilight! It has all these fans from around the world saying how they support the actors for the Twilight movie.
The guy with the hat on is my favorite! :D

People Who Ban Books Suck
Anyone here ever read a book called Looking for Alaska by John Green? My friend Joey and I did. It's a brillant, well written and touching novel. And yes, at the end it made me cry a little.
So why do some people want to ban it?
11th graders in Depew, NY are going to be reading Looking for Alaska. Since the book has what some consider "controversal" issues in it they sent out a form and let the parents decide whether they want their children to read it or not. Fine, right? But then a small group of parents who DON'T even have children in 11 grade decide that the book is "pornography" and they don't think ANYONE should read it. What is up with that?
Book censors aren't trying to protect their own children, they're just telling everyone else what they should or shouldn't be allowed to do and think. These aren't people who want others to make better choices. They want to prevent people from doing anything they disagree with. And that's STUPID.
Often the banners do not even read the novels fully. Not to mention the fact that there's stuff on TV (not to mention some of the classic novels we have to read for school) everyday thats so much worse then anything you'd ever find in this book.
Books were meant to be read. You shouldn't try to get a book banned just because you don't like it.
John Green himself on the matter:

Une Rose Noire Video
Woooot! I'm finally posting a video on here!
Anyway, my French teacher showed us this music video a couple of weeks ago, and I thought it was pretty cool. I love the part where the guy starts dancing :)
The song is called Une Rose Noire by Paul Cargnello, and in case you haven't figured it out yet, it's in French.
Enjoy!

SNL Digital Skit
I saw this on Saturday Night Live the other night, and I couldn't stop laughing. It's simple and kinda stupid, but oh so funny.

ECLIPSE IS OUT TODAY!!!

Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer has finally been released today! This is the book that I and many of this #1 bestselling series have been waiting for since last August when New Moon came out. To be honest, I'm a little more excited for this book then when the final Harry Potter book came out.
I missed Stephenie Meyer on the today show this morning, (didn't wake up in time :( ) but I was able to watch an interview amazon.com had with her:
